This course will be presented in the form of a live session, during which we will consider key elements such as stakeholder relationships, best practice, and risk management processes. We will pay specific attention to various ways in which organisations can enhance collaboration between all individuals involved, to ensure that the full contract management lifecycle is delivered effectively, establishing an environment conducive to successful contract delivery. The areas covered during the workshop can be applied across multiple sectors, divisions and forms of contracts.
