This session explores what it will take to create a culture of CI.
The upskilling session will explore the ambition of the team or organisation in terms of CI goals and using change management tools and methods we will explore the role of the leaders/managers and the reinforcement strategies that can be leveraged to achieve sustainable change so it becomes the way we work.
This will be an interactive facilitated session suitable for those who are on or want to start a CI journey or deployment.
This upskilling session will be 2.5 hours in length and up to 8 people per session. The session is delivered virtually using Teams and Mural online collaboration tool. All very interactive and outcome focused.
