We’ll also explore Portfolio Kanban for prioritizing initiatives and using visual management to boost transparency and engagement.
Agile ways of working, or DMAgIC, strengthen coaching among Green Belts, Black Belts, and Yellow Belts, keeping sponsors engaged and ensuring pragmatic application to deliver the most value to your customers as soon as possible.
