Mental Health Support

Arthur Ellis is a mental health charity working to enable children and young people to access support without long waits or thresholds. With an ever-increasing need, there are 2 million people on waiting lists to access mental health support across the UK. Our mission is to establish a service for the 250,000 children and young people who can't currently access support. We do this by partnering with organisations to utilise our expertise to support colleagues, managers, and leaders to improve how wellbeing and mental health are improved across organisations whilst raising vital funds for our service.

Early intervention workshop

Do you want your colleagues to understand their wellbeing more? Have tools to build resilience and positive coping strategies? Centred around our Banana and Doughnuts framework, our positive wellbeing sessions are fun, interactive and provide just that! These sessions are typically and hour.

Upskilling managers and leaders

Our champion training goes a little further than just awareness building. It enables colleagues to develop wellbeing strategies that can positively impact your whole workforce. Helping people develop and understanding and have initiatives that can drive positive wellbeing throughout your organisation. These sessions are typically 3 hours.

Wellbeing conversations

There are so many challenges with shutting a whole organisation down to some training, it becomes inefficient, costly, and once the session is over, you must pray everyone will remember. We have created our Wellbeing Conversations podcast, a series of peer-to-peer training videos developed alongside your people. With our film crew, we establish a set, invite guests from your organisation and collaborate to create training videos that can be used on your intranet to spread awareness, tools and strategies for your whole organisation.
