Lean Six Sigma & Improvement Apprenticeships

PMI & Capella offer Lean Six Sigma & Improvement Apprenticeships starting from Level 3 (Yellow Belt) all the way to Level 6 (Master Black Belt), which is a degree-level programme.

This diverse range of options allows your organisations to nurture talent from entry-level positions to senior leadership roles, providing opportunities to upskill your current workforce. You have the freedom to enrol individuals through PMI & Capella’s open-registration programs, enabling seamless access to PMI & Capella’s courses, or in-house groups consisting of 12-16 apprentices.

Did you know that Improvement standards are in line with the Lean Six Sigma Belts? This means that once your team complete the Apprenticeship, they’ll receive two certificates: one from the Institute for Apprenticeships and the other reflecting the equivalent Lean Six Sigma certificate at the relevant level (Yellow, Green, Black, or Master Black Belt).

These standards represent a combination of Lean, Six Sigma, Design for Six Sigma, Project Management, Change Management, and Leadership. This comprehensive approach is designed to provide your team with the necessary knowledge, abilities, and attitudes required for Continuous Improvement.

Whatever the age or competence of your workforce, BQF members with staff that spend 50% of their time working in England, can’t afford to miss this opportunity. You can use the apprenticeship levy or co-investment to make valuable improvements in skills and drive achievement of KPIs for any process, delivering improvements in Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and Environmental performance.
