Excellence In Lean Six Sigma

This award is for outstanding Lean Six Sigma projects and deployments, whether focused on problem-solving (e.g. DMAIC), design (DFSS), or a range of tools as part of an organisational deployment. Successful entries will use visual storytelling to demonstrate a logical, data-driven approach, clear results, stakeholder engagement, team collaboration, and effective change implementation.
